The Denver Nuggets today re-assigned rookie Sonny Weems to the team?s NBA Development League affiliate Colorado 14ers.  Weems? is the 27th assignment of the 2008-09 season.

Weems, a 6-6 guard, who has appeared in 10 games for the Nuggets this season returns to the 14ers having spent 10 games with the team from Dec. 10, 2008 ? Jan.6, 2009.  During his first stint in Colorado he averaged 18.0 points, 4.8 rebounds and 2.3 assists.
