The Pacers were officially eliminated from the playoff race this weekend, which means that T.J. Ford and Rasho Nesterovic will miss the postseason for the first time in their careers.

"I don't know what it's going to be like," Nesterovic said. "I've never been in this position before. But, hey, it's part of life. We tried hard. It just didn't work out."

Nesterovic and Ford have appeared in 80 combined playoff games, and were acquired by Indiana from Toronto last summer.

"Being in the playoffs, the whole world is watching," Ford said. "Everybody is tuned in and there's so much hype that goes into the playoffs. The best out of seven. You're just going to miss going against the same guy and trying to get the better of that guy and performing and get your team a victory."
