Heat center Jermaine O'Neal missed Game 6 against the Hawks because of a concussion, which could keep him out Sunday's Game 7 as well.

"If I don't play, it's because I physically can't play for the well being of not only my career, but my health [and] for my family," O'Neal said.

Since suffering the concussion in Game 5, which he finished, O'Neal has had problems sleeping, "severe" headaches and sensitivity to light.

"The symptoms have gotten a lot better over the last two days," O'Neal added, but his status for Game 7 is still in doubt.
