Already without Al Horford and Marvin Williams on Thursday night, the Hawks lost Joe Johnson to a sprained ankle in the third quarter of their Game 2 loss.
X-rays were negative, but Johnson was seen wearing a walking boot as the team headed to their bus after the game.
Game 3 will be Saturday night in Atlanta, and Johnson says that he'll likely play through the injury.
"I can't see me not playing," Johnson said. "I don't want to let this opportunity go by. We're down 0-2. I want to be out there for my teammates. Hopefully in 48 hours it will feel a lot better."
