Lakers forward Lamar Odom will have an MRI and a CT scan after injuring his lower back during a fall in the third quarter of Sunday's loss to the Rockets.
Odom landed hard on his back on an off-balance driving layup. He was called for charging on the play after colliding with Houston's Shane Battier.
He won't practice on Monday, and isn't sure about his status for Tuesday's pivotal Game 5.
"Hopefully I can help them," Odom said. "I tried to take it to the hole hard and kind of leave off of one foot, and that's when you're most vulnerable. I thought Battier slid in kind of late. Pain. Immense. It hurts."
