Hedo Turkoglu has backed out of his commitment with the Trail Blazers and could sign with the Raptors, according to Yahoo! Sports.

Contrary to an earlier report, Turkoglu has rejected the Blazers' offer and ended talks with the team.  

ESPN reported that the free-agent forward and Portland had reached an agreement on a contract worth roughly $50 million over five years.

It was later reported that no deal was in place and the two sides had broken off negotiations.
