Lon Babby, a longtime player agent who currently represents Tim Duncan and Grant Hill amongst others, is a candidate to run the Suns' front office, according to sources.

Babby has never worked for an NBA team.

Sources told ESPN.com that Suns owner Robert Sarver is increasingly interested in replacing the successful Steve Kerr with a revamped structure that includes non-traditional personnel voices as well as traditional basketball executives.

Sarver has interviewed at least eight candidates.
