While a majority of the free-agent attention has been focused on Carmelo Anthony, the Nuggets could also lose Nene.

Nene is making $11.36 million this season, but he can forgo the $11.6 million he could make in 2011-12 if he decides to enter the free agent market this coming summer.

"I don't think about it," Nene said. "Who needs to think about (the contract situation) but my agent and manager? So I don't worry about it. ... I've been doing good. So what I deserve (with money) will come."
