The Golden State Warriors have signed forward Jeff Adrien to a contract, the team announced Friday.

Adrien is being called up from the NBA Development League’s Rio Grande Valley Vipers.

Adrien, 25, began the season with Golden State and appeared in 15 games for the Warriors, averaging 2.9 points and 3.3 rebounds in 10.8 minutes per contest.  He was waived on December 9, 2010, and joined the D-League’s Erie BayHawks for five games before being traded to Rio Grande Valley.
