The Heat lost their fifth consecutive game on Tuesday, as the Blazers pulled out the road win by a 105-96 final.
Miami is just 13-12 over its past 25 games.
“Frankly, we don’t have a lot of answers how to get over this hump,” coach Erik Spoelstra said. “We can just keep grinding and not let go of the rope.”
Asked if there could be changes, Spoelstra said, “I’ll look at everything, certainly now. I’ll look at everything A to Z. It’s agonizingly close.”
Spoelstra was asked if he feels like he is losing control of his team.
“No. Did you see any lack of competitiveness there in the fourth quarter? It’s not a matter of want.”
