The Nets will sign Sundiata Gaines for the remainder of the season.  His second 10-day deal expires today.

The Nets decided to keep Gaines before the latest incident with Williams’ wrist.

Gaines played a big role in four Nets’ victories during the five-game winning streak that ended Thursday against the Bulls.
