The Houston Rockets have signed Tim Quarterman to a two-year deal.

Houston will hold a team option on Quarterman's contract for the 18-19 season. The Rockets used multiple players on a team option or non-guaranteed contract last offseason to acquire Chris Paul.

Quarterman is averaging 8.9 points, 4.3 rebounds and 5.3 assists in 25.6 minutes per game this season in the G League with the Agua Caliente Clippers.

Quarterman appeared in 16 games last season with the Blazers.
