Adam Silver said he's come around to the idea of letting 18-year-old players into the league straight from high school, although he added that only half of NBA teams agree with getting rid of the one-and-done rule.

"I have changed my position. It's a tough one, because not all the teams agree with me on this," said Silver.

Silver said that while the league and the players' union are discussing a potential change, any new rules probably won't be implemented before 2022.
