Klay Thompson put the Golden State Warriors' 1-0 series deficit to the Toronto Raptors in perspective, saying that their game 1 loss represented a single game.

“It’s first to four, not first to one. So, still a lot of basketball to be played," said Thompson.

The 1-0 deficit represents the first time the Warriors have been down in a NBA Finals since 2015 against the Cavs.

Thompson added the Warriors may have gotten too much time off after sweeping the Western Conference finals.

“They were getting the ball off the rim and just pushing it. Instead of crashing as hard as we did, we’ll have to make the adjustment in Game 2 and try to send more guys back. But 10 days off as well, we might have had a little cobwebs," said Thompson.
