Sam Dekker has agreed to sign with the Toronto Raptors. 

Dekker last played in the NBA in 18-19 with the Cleveland Cavaliers and Washington Wizards, averaging 6.1 points and 3.2 rebounds and 16.8 minutes over 47 games.

Dekker played for Turk Telekom last season, averaging 14.6 points, 5.7 rebounds and 2.1 assists in 33.1 minutes over 42 games.
