The Minnesota Timberwolves are signing Greg Monroe for the remainder of the season. The veteran center had played with the Wolves on a hardship 10-day earlier this season.

Monroe has split this season between the NBA and the G League. He's had callups with the Washington Wizards, Milwaukee Bucks, Utah Jazz, in addition to Minnesota.

The nine-year NBA veteran saw his most extensive action with the Timberwolves. Monroe averaged 21 minutes over three games and put up 6.7 points, 7.0 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 1/3 blocks per contest.
