Cooper Flagg headlines the Rising Stars Challenge as part of All-Star Weekend next month.
The 28 players will be divided into four teams. The 21 rookies and sophomores will be split among three teams, with the G League players on a fourth team.
The four teams will play a mini tournament on February 13, with the winners meeting in a title game.
Flagg will attempt to join Cade Cunningham, Andrew Wiggins, Kyrie Irving, John Wall and Elton Brand as No. 1 overall picks to win the Rising Stars Challenge MVP.
