That number is up 15% from last year's Michigan State-Auburn matchup, and is the third largest audience for an individual game before the Final Four since 2021.

The Huskies' win peaked with 18.9 million viewers.

Although numbers were not available, CBS and TNT said that all Sweet 16 and Elite Eight telecast windows increased from last season.
