Kentavious Caldwell-Pope has exercised his $21.6 million option for the 2026-27 season with the Memphis Grizzlies. Caldwell-Pope will enter the final season of his three-year, $66 million contract he originally signed with the Orlando Magic during the 2024 offseason. The Grizzlies acquired Caldwell-Pope as part of the Desmond Bane trade last June.

Caldwell-Pope was part of NBA champions in 2020 with the Los Angeles Lakers and in 2023 with the Denver Nuggets as one of the league's better 3-and-D wings.

Caldwell-Pope appeared in 51 games last season and averaged 8.4 points, 2.7 assists and 2.5 rebounds in 21.3 minutes.
