Monday:

Suns @ Knicks- First to 125 wins. It’s the law.

Pacers @ Clippers- Two fun young teams with dramatically different strengths and weaknesses. Blake Griffin has become a League Pass favorite, while Danny Granger and Roy Hibbert need to rediscover what made Indiana so much more dangerous at the start of the season.

Tuesday:

Hawks @ Heat- Substantially less fun if one or more of the Three Amigos do not play, yet still a game with importance. The rest of the Heat squad still needs to find their role and develop niches they can excel in when everyone is healthy, so these injuries could give them the opportunity.

Wednesday:

Grizzlies @ Hornets- One team sitting in the playoffs attempts to fend off one of the teams grappling to get in. Memphis and New Orleans are two of the rare teams that have starter-quality players at both PF and C, though it’s hard to imagine any of them having the same impact on the game as Chris Paul.

Thunder @ Nuggets- While we do not know who will be on the Nuggets at this point, these two teams are in the playoffs right now and provide interesting foils for each other. Chauncey Billups and Russell Westbrook play the PG position with different skill-sets while Kevin Durant and Carmelo Anthony lead the scoring.

T-Wolves @ Clippers- A game that features two All-Star quality power forwards on teams that will not make the playoffs. Kevin Love and Blake Griffin succeed in dramatically different ways but are each incredibly watchable as their teams develop around them. Look for Eric Gordon in this one, as the Wolves will likely try to make the Clippers that are not bionic beat them.

Friday:

Suns @ Wizards- Steve Nash. John Wall. That’s enough to get many of us interested.

Hornets @ Hawks- One of those potentially entertaining games between two teams that are firmly in the playoff pictures. Joe Johnson and Chris Paul headline this one, but Al Horford and Josh Smith should loom large and will likely have to have a strong game against David West and Emeka Okafor for the Hawks to get a big home win.

Jazz @ Celtics- If both teams were at full strength, this would likely be the Game of the Week. Deron Williams and Rajon Rondo are two of the best (if not the two best) at their positions while each one of these teams has quality all around the floor that has them looking to host playoff series in a few months.

Saturday:

Knicks @ Thunder [Game of the Week]- One of those interesting games because of both the on-court matchups and the development of both of these teams as playoff squads. Serge Ibaka will have his hands full with Amare Stoudemire while the Knicks still need to find a perimeter stopper for bigger swingmen like Kevin Durant.
