Queen averaged 32.3 points, 9.3 rebounds and 3.0 steals for the Osceola Magic.
Queen is on a Two-Way contract with the Orlando Magic.
The New York Knicks have waived Duane Washington Jr. from his Two-Way and have signed Jaylen Martin with the Two-Way slot.
Martin is out for up to two months with a thumb injury.
Martin was with the Knicks for Summer League and training camp.
The Rip City Remix acquired Maurice Harkless, the team announced on Sunday.
Harkless last appeared in the NBA for the Kings during the 2021-22 season.
Harkless played for the Blazers between 2015-2019.
New York Knicks guard Duane Washington Jr. will miss six-to-eight weeks due to a right thumb injury. Washington is on a two-way contract with the New York and Westchester Knicks of the G League.
Washington has yet to appear in an NBA game this season. In three G League games, Washington was averaging 27.3 points and 6.3 assists per game.
The Portland Trail Blazers and Rip City Remix are signing Jamaree Bouyea to a two-way contract. Bouyea is replacing Skylar Mays, who Portland is converting to a standard contract.
Bouyea spent last season with the Miami Heat and Washington Wizards in the NBA, as well as the Sioux Falls Skyforce in the G League. Bouyea was set to return to the Skyforce for this season, before being signed by the Trail Blazers.
Former NBA guard Jameer Nelson has been promoted to general manager of the Delaware Blue Coats. The Blue Coats are the Philadelphia 76ers G League affiliate.
Nelson has been steadily rising up the front office ranks for Philadelphia. He was previously Delaware's assistant general manager and a scout for the Sixers.
Nelson played in the NBA for 14 seasons. He spent the first 10 years of his career with the Orlando Magic. Over his final four seasons, through the 2017-18 season, Nelson played for the Dallas Mavericks, Boston Celtics, Denver Nuggets, New Orleans Pelicans and Detroit Pistons.
E.J. Liddell has been assigned by the New Orleans Pelicans to the Birmingham Squadron.
Liddell, 6-6, 242, who was selected by New Orleans with the 41st overall pick in the 2022 NBA Draft out of The Ohio State University, missed the entire 2022-23 campaign due to a torn ACL in his right knee. Liddell has appeared in three games for the Pelicans this season and is averaging 1.3 points and 0.7 rebounds in 2.9 minutes per game.
The Detroit Pistons have agreed to sign Kevin Knox to a one-year deal.
Knox split last season with the Pistons and Portland Trail Blazers. Knox was waived by the Blazers before the start of the regular season.
The Los Angeles Clippers are converting Josh Primo from a Two-Way contract to a standard NBA contract and sign Xavier Moon to a Two-Way deal.
Primo was suspended for the first four games of the season after the NBA found he engaged in inappropriate and offensive behavior by exposing himself to multiple women.
Moon appeared in four games last season with the Clippers and was waived before the start of the regular season.
