The Chicago Bulls have cancelled their popular 3-on-3 summer tournament, which has been running for the last 12 years, to focus on bringing a WNBA franchise to the Windy City, reported Michael Hirsley of the Chicago Tribune.  We didn't feel we could do justice to both," said Steve Schanwald, the Bulls' executive vice president for business operations.
