What is it with Raptor power forwards and their facsination with New York? Marc Berman of the New York Post writes that Charles Oakley, one-time fan favorite at the Garden, wants out of Toronto. While rumors persist about a possible Jahidi White for Oakley trade between the Wizards and Raps, Oak would be perfectly content to return to the Knicks.

The problem would be finding an agreeable trade package. The Knicks won't give up Kurt Thomas, but may give up some combination of Charlie Ward and Othella Harrington. Toronto isn't expected to jump all over that deal.
