Is this the beginning of a whole new relationship?  Eddy Curry for one doesn't mind if it is.  He finally met the man who scouted his every high school game this past season, but to whom he had never spoken a word to until Saturday.  "People have the wrong idea when you think about the Bulls and [general manager] Jerry Krause," Curry said. "It's a bunch of nice people who want the best for the organization. I cleared a lot of things up by coming here. I came in with a lot of false [impressions]."

To make things even better for the Illinios product, he had his most impressive workout yet with the Bulls.  With his weight dropping as he works out with Michael Jordan's personal trainer Tim Grover, how has this affected his ability?  "I believe that I'm stronger and I'm a lot faster now," Curry said. "I've been taking a lot of abuse in these workouts because they don't call many fouls. But it's cool. It's getting me ready for the NBA."  And on the possibility of playing at home?  "I couldn't be disappointed if I ended up here. I'd be able to represent my hometown. I think that would be great in a lot of ways. I'd like to be part of this team. This team is rebuilding and is looking for help in a lot of different areas. I'd like to be part of the new dynasty of the Bulls."
