Jerry Krause loves this draft, likening it to 1984 and 1985.  He also loves his Power Forwards, usually taking one with his first round pick - Mark Randall, Byron Houston, Corie Blount, Dickey Simpkins, Jason Caffey, Elton Brand, Marcus Fizer - they are all there.  When the Bulls select at #4 in the 2001 draft, the best player most likely to be there will again be a Power Forward.  So what does Sam Smith of the Chicago Tribune suggest?  Dealing Brand to the Los Angeles Clippers, who need a power forward, for the No. 2 pick and then grabbing two crowd-pleasing, super athletes, like Brown, Chandler or Griffin, or one of them and the solid Battier. It's a big risk since Brand is proven, and no one in the draft but Battier seems a sure thing for a solid NBA career.
