Last year the Bulls pulled out Benny the Bull, the luvabulls, and a welcoming band at O'Hare Airport.  This year do not expect anything of the sort, according to the Chicago Tribune, as the Bulls take a lower key approach in the free agent sweepstakes.  "I'll go back to being Jerry now," Krause said. "That wasn't me. We decided to take that approach, but that wasn't something I enjoyed doing. We paraded a couple players around and if I had to do it over again ... let's just say there aren't going to be any parades."  While this year the talent pool is much more shallow, the only top tier free agent Krause is looking to persue is local product Michael Finley, however Finley is expected to resign with Dallas.  The Tribune also reports that where the Bulls might catch a break in the free agent sweepstakes is with the new Luxury Tax, Any team with a payroll that exceeds about $55 million must pay a dollar-for-dollar penalty for the amount over that figure, which could limit teams offering midlevel salary exceptions.
