ESPN is reporting that former Utah Jazz center Olden Polynice is in trouble again, this time he is being accused of assaulting another golfer after being hit by a golf ball.  Prosecutors haven't decided whether to file charges.

Gary Gitlin, the lawyer for Polynice, disputes the victim's version of events that Polynice punched him in the face and ribs and spit on him as he lay on the ground.  "This was nothing more and nothing less than some guys in the sandbox not playing nicely," Gitlin said.

If Polynice is charged, he would be violating terms of his probation in another case. He pleaded guilty in January to three misdemeanor charges stemming from two road-rage incidents last fall where he flashed a fake police badge.
