Peter Vecsey of the New York Post reports that the Rockets yesterday agreed to a sign-and-trade with the Raptors that will ship Hakeem Olajuwon to the Raptors for a No. 1 draft pick.

The Dream had a change of heart after reportedly nixing a sign-and-trade earlier this week. Olajuwon's new deal is a guaranteed contract of $17.2 million over three years.
