According to Tony Cooper of the San Francisco Chrinicle the Warriors are denying a report emanating out of New York that they'd be involved in a multiteam deal that would land them New York point guard Charlie Ward, with center Adonal Foyle going to the Knicks. According to the story, Foyle could have been traded as soon as yesterday, but no swap was made. General manager Garry St. Jean said he hasn't talked to the Knicks about acquiring Ward for Foyle.

The paper also reported that Guard Gilbert Arenas, the Warriors' second-round pick, confirmed that he has indeed signed a two-year contract, which his father stated a couple of weeks ago. For whatever reason, Golden State hasn't announced the signing.
