Michael Wilbon of the Washington Post mentions, in passing mind you, that Michael Jordan will announce his return to the court with the Washington Wizards "early next week, probably Monday".

What remains unknown is whether Wilbon has information to back this up or if he was simply giving his best guess. Needless to say, almost every major news source has picked up on this and citing it as fact.
