Johnny Ludden of the San Antonio Express-News reports: Derek Anderson says he's moved on. So have the Spurs.

He's still my boy and all that," Antonio Daniels said, "but I'll have to hold off wearing the ("DA") armbands."

While Daniels and Tim Duncan no longer feel the need to offer their fallen-turned-former teammate the same sweaty get-well-soon tribute they wore during last season's playoffs, it's evident Anderson still carries his own reminder of the Spurs.

A grudge.

Anderson won't call it that. But as much as he says he's buried the past, as much as he says tonight's reunion is nothing more than the third game of the season, Anderson also made clear he hasn't forgotten the way his contract negotiations with the Spurs went. Nor has he forgotten that Spurs coach Gregg Popovich claimed Anderson reneged on a verbal agreement to re-sign with the team.

I can't look at a man who treated me like that," Anderson said. "He basically said I lied. I don't want to be around people like that. I don't have anything bad against the guy, but to say something like that and then he signs a $20 million contract (extension)? You don't have to use me as a scapegoat."

"If he asks for my forgiveness, that's one thing," Anderson said. "Then we'll forgive each other and move on. He was a great coach, a great guy. I loved him to death. But to use me as a scapegoat kind of broke things down. I don't think he's a bad guy, but he put business before friendship in that situation. That really hurt me, because I knew who he was as a person.
