With all the touch fouls and fantasy calls that occur on the smaller players in the NBA, you'd think that the big men who bang and work down low would get the calls, wouldn't you?  Not quite.

''Nobody feels sorry for a big man'' were the words once said by Magic Johnson, reports Lacy Banks of the Chicago Sun-Times, and Bulls center Brad Miller is learning this the hard way.  Miller, who is having a career year some some star-like games, has been a dominant force down low, but unless he is fouled really hard he has not been getting any calls.  ''I'm being fouled more than ever since I've been in the NBA,'' Miller said, ''and getting [fewer free throws]. It just stinks.''

''Once the officials get used to seeing him more and seeing that he is really getting fouled, he's going to shoot a ton of free throws,'' Bulls coach Tim Floyd said. ''He hasn't bought the reputation yet. That's OK. He's going to get it because he's going back to the goal each and every trip, and I think that he's being fouled quite a bit.''  Suprisingly Miller is right up there at free throw attempts per minute, tied at fourth with Kobe Bryant at one attempt every 4.3 minutes.
