Jonathan Feigen of the Houston Chronicle writes that, as bad as the Rockets are, a trade isn't the solution.  Not that a trade would be a bad idea, but, he argues, no midseason deal would take a 10-losses-in-a-row team like the Rockets and make them a contender again.

Despite believing they acquired some good pieces for the future, the Rockets obviously fell off a cliff somewhere.  Last year, their offense was ranked 9th statistically, while so far this season they are 25th.

Feigen's recommendation?  The Rockets should take their lumps.  Play the young guys while the veterans are out with injuries to season them for the future.
