Stephen A. Smith of the Philadelphi Inquirer reports that The Sixers have their floor leader back. Eric Snow was back on the court yesterday, having watched another dismal performance by his 76ers teammates Tuesday night in Atlanta. He shot one jumper after another, netting them with regularity. And when a day of basketball had finally ended for point guard Eric Snow, Derrick Coleman pointed in his direction, saying: "There's my floor leader."

While the Sixers are happy about Snow, they shouldn't think the feeling is mutual. Their floor leader is ecstatic to be back in the lineup, but that doesn't mean he's happy with them.

"I'm ticked; I'll admit it," said Snow, who has been out since suffering a broken left thumb in a preseason game in San Antonio. "We should've never put ourselves in this situation, so I'm just disgusted with everything in general right now. I'm going to try and bring us new life.

"I'm sick and tired of everybody talking about what we did last year," he continued. "This is about right now. Everything is being compared to how things were last year, but this is a different team. But just because we're different doesn't mean we're not supposed to be playing the same way.

"Our approach has to be the same in terms of having excitement and having fun, being prepared, executing on offense, defending, playing hard, rebounding, and running. Those are things we've talked about year after year, and we have to be more consistent with that, game after game, for 48 minutes. It's my job to make sure that we do it on the court, and for everyone to be held accountable for what they're supposed to be doing."
