One month later, the trade of Bo Outlaw to the Phoenix Suns remains a touchy subject around the Orlando Magic.

Going into Friday night, the Suns had a 10-4 record since acquiring him in a three-way deal which sent Jud Buechler to the Magic. Outlaw had blocked a total of 25 shots and Suns opponents were averaging 91.6 points a game, compared to 99.6 points before the trade.

Darrell Armstrong, who was Outlaw's closest friend on the Magic, is still unwilling to discuss the subject. And coach Doc Rivers got uncharacteristically rankled when Outlaw's name was brought up during a recent conversation.

"Bo is so overrated right now," Rivers said before the Magic embarked on a six-game road trip which ends tonight at Seattle. "Bo was averaging 14 minutes a game. There were games where he wasn't playing."

While that claim isn't entirely true, Outlaw played only seven minutes against the Los Angeles Lakers and eight minutes against the Denver Nuggets during the week leading up to the trade. And it's not as if Suns coach Scott Skiles is making up for the inactivity Outlaw had under Rivers.

In their 114-88 win Tuesday night over the Sacramento Kings, Outlaw was used for only 11 minutes and had no points, rebounds or blocks for the Suns.
