The Timberwolves breathed a sigh of relief Thursday evening after arthroscopic surgery performed on Terrell Brandon's left knee revealed no structural damage.

The Wolves point guard had some loose bodies removed from his knee, but nothing unexpected came up during the procedure performed by Dr. David Fischer, the team's orthopedic surgeon.

The Wolves originally anticipated being without Brandon for up to three weeks. Trainer Gregg Farnam said the team will have a better timetable for Brandon's return in five to seven days.
