Charles Oakley has accused Glen Grunwald of being vindictive.

Oakley, who was traded to the Chicago Bulls last summer, thinks he was dealt to a horrible team on purpose by the Raptors general manager.

"I guess (Grunwald) thought he was putting me in the tailpipe," Oakley said.

"When you've got no heart, you do things like that. But I'm a survivor."

Oakley's Bulls have a 4-20 record following their 96-91 loss to the Raptors last night.

Grunwald had little to say when told of Oakley's comments.

"I have no response to that," said Grunwald, adding that he preferred to "move on."
