Liz Robbins of the NY Times reports that Marcus Camby sat out Tuesday's game against the Raptors because his big toe hurt too much.  Camby missed the first 14 games of the season with plantar fasciitis in his left foot He said he had been trying not to land on his left heel and, as a result, was putting pressure on the toe area.

Camby has never played more than 63 games in a season.  Coach Don Chaney said, "We have to learn to play without him. He's not going to play every game."
