ORLANDO, Fla. -- If Jalen Rose thought he was in a shooting slump before Wednesday, he hadn't seen anything yet.

Having hit just 20-of-67 field goal attempts (.299) over the previous five games, he hit just 1-of-12 in the Indiana Pacers' 89-82 victory over Orlando. His only success came on a fast-break layup in the third quarter.

That makes for an average of 26.6 percent over the past six games for a player with a career average of 46 percent before this season.

"At least I'm not discriminating," he said afterward. "I missed a couple in close, a couple wide open, a couple contested."
