The Mavs' Juwan Howard missed Wednesday's victory over New Jersey because of a suspension.  He was suspended one game and fined $7,500, reports the AP, because he elbowed Jamaal Tinsley in the head during Tuesday's win over Indiana.  In addition to the fine, Howard missed his pay for that night's game, $208,333, says the Dallas Morning News' Marc Stein.  It also interupted his best stretch of play of the season.
