Pistons forward Michael Curry, a former Milwaukee Bucks, thought Sunday's game at Milwaukee might be for first place in the Central Division long before it became a reality.

"After the Phoenix game (a 99-71 loss) I thought if we won four of our next five that game might be for first place in the division," Curry said after Friday's 80-72 victory at Toronto.

"The last time we played them they beat us pretty good and I didn't think we played well."

The Bucks pounded the Pistons on Jan. 21, 97-79, at the Palace, as Michael Redd led Milwaukee with 21 points.

Detroit will have a chance Sunday to extend its franchise-record road winning streak to eight games while taking sole possession of first place. Both teams are 31-22.

"It should be a fun game," Jerry Stackhouse said. " We didn't play well the last time we played them and we'd like to change that."
