Why hasn't Mike Evans received a raise since he took over the Nuggets head coaching job?  What will come out of this?  Should a pay raise be extended to all interim coaches?  Will he be around next year?

Kyle Ringo addresses but doesn't answer these questions.  Neither does Kiki Vandeweghe, as his policy remains to discuss the coaching situation at seasons end.  And for good reason.
