Despite some injury scares, the Spurs should begin their playoff series against Seattle with all their players available, reports Johnny Ludden of the San Antonio Express News.  David Robinson has had the most troublesome injury.  His back had tightened up badly and he missed the last three games of the season.  But Gregg Popovich says that he will be ready to play.  It is yet to be seen how mobile he'll be against the athletic Sonics.

Also worrisome were final game injuries to Malik Rose, Mark Bryant and Danny Ferry.  Bryant and Ferry both tweaked their knees, but were no worse for wear.  Rose hurt himself more badly with a hyperextended knee, but an MRI showed no damage.  All three are expected to be healthy.
