With its ravenous fans and Big Apple attitude, Madison Square Garden used to intimidate John Stockton. These days, Stockton and the Jazz look so at home here, they might as well put up curtains and reupholster the furniture.
   
The Jazz raced to an 18-point halftime lead Tuesday and never felt much pressure after that, drubbing the Knicks 108-87 for their fifth-straight win in the so-called Eighth Wonder of the World.
