In the past Warriors forward Antawn Jamison has been overlooked for the All-Star game despite his solid numbers for one reason... he plays for a losing team.

This season things are on the rise.  The Warriors are enjoying one of the biggest turn arounds record wise from last year and Golden State is a chance to win in any game.  Just last week the Warriors defeated both of last season's NBA finalists - the Lakers and the Nets - on consecutive nights before following up by blowing out the Jazz, yet Jamison still doesn't get the recognition which comes with being an All-Star.

"That's how it goes," the Warriors' forward said. "I'm not disappointed. As long as the people upstairs in the organization think I'm doing a great job, I'm really happy with that."

If the opportunity arose to play in the main event due to an injury to one of his peers Jamison said he'd decline the invitation, stating that "this will give me an opportunity to hit an island for four or five days, relax and enjoy myself."
