The Raptors asked the Knicks permission to speak to Jeff Van Gundy, but again, he wasn't too interested, sources have told The Post.

Last week, Van Gundy rebuffed getting into serious talks with the Hornets, who also asked for permission.

"That hasn't been going anywhere," a league source said of Toronto's pursuit.
