The Cavaliers search for a head coach could end as early as this weekend. The Cavs will choose between former New York Knicks coach Jeff Van Gundy and former New Orleans coach Paul Silas, according to NBA sources.

Yesterday, several league sources said Cavs owner Gordon Gund and General Manager Jim Paxson will meet with Silas today at an undisclosed location. This is Silas' second interview.

If the decision is between Silas and Van Gundy, former Philadelphia coach Larry Brown, University of Cincinnati coach Bob Huggins and Cavs interim coach Keith Smart would be eliminated.
