Kevin O'Neill is looking for a few good men to work a lot of long hours.

The new head coach of the Raptors said he wants to fill out his staff with coaches who share his work ethic and that he hasn't ruled out any of the current Toronto assistants.

But one thing is for sure: He wants to bring Tony Brown, a co-worker with O'Neill on the Pistons staff, to Toronto.

"I would love to have Tony Brown coach here but Tony Brown is gong to have several opportunities," O'Neill said. "He's a guy who I will definitely try to hire."

The same can't be said for current Toronto assistants Jay Triano, Craig Neal and Walker D. Russell. While O'Neill said yesterday he would interview all three ? "I'm going to consider all possibilities," he said ? several Raptors sources say they think all will eventually be re-assigned.
