The Grizzlies plan to bolster what they consider encouraging season-ticket sales by providing customers with a practical and virtual look at seats inside FedExForum.

Starting next week, suite holders and prospective suite buyers will be introduced to a preview center dedicated to the new downtown arena. The exclusive preview of FedExForum is located on the ground floor of the Toyota Center building adjacent to AutoZone Park.

It features a full-size suite, samples of general, club and suite seats, a theater presentation room, a club box and a 7-foot scale model of the arena.

The team will entertain customers (by appointment and based on a priority list) for a 90-minute presentation that includes interactive, computer-generated views from each seat.

"It's always hard for people to choose a seat in a building that's not up," said Mike Golub, Grizzlies senior vice president of business operations. "But we want people to see computer views to get a sense of what the seats are like. We're going to try to make this as personal as possible to make this an easy process."
