Nuggets GM Kiki Vandeweghe expects Earl Boykins to come to Denver later this week to take a physical and sign his contract. He has agreed to a five-year, $13.7 million deal . . . Vandeweghe confirmed the Nuggets "have interest" in Seattle restricted free agent Predrag Drobnjak, and said he was planning to speak soon with Drobnjak's agent, David Bauman. Vandeweghe said the Nuggets plan to address their need at shooting guard before seeking to land a big man . . . Vandeweghe said Dutch-born foward Francisco Elson, a 1999 Nuggets draftee who has played the past four seasons for three Spanish league teams, will attend training camp, but couldn't say how much guaranteed money he might get.
